Even though we have we have not purchased yet, she continues to stay in contact and send us correspondence. This is something that other agents would not continue to do, but she cares and it shows. She helped us purchase a new construction town home and was able to get $1,000 worth of blinds thrown in. Then when it came time to close, the lender goofed, which set our closing date back 3 days! She fought for us and convinced the mortgage company to pay our first year's HOA dues ($135/month), to make up for the inconvenience. Quite an achievement! We are very happy in our home and thankful for all she did!

We lived in Atlanta, Georgia, and for work reasons we needed to relocate to the Charlotte area. New to the area and without knowing anybody we went online to look for realtors and sent them emails. Initially we were going to rent. For this reason, the only realtor that replied to us was Kandi. There is no gain for a realtor in the rental business. However, for Kandi every person counts!
